COTURNIX QUAIL

Everyone should have quail! Coturnix quail are easy to care for and require little space;
they're hardy, plump, excellent layers of delicious eggs, and they grow to maturity FAST.
We sourced our line of Japanese Coturnix from two distinct strains, one domestic and one exotic.
The only exception to our free-forage flocks, our small coveys of quail enjoy living in clean, extra large cages,
and are provided with enrichment like dust baths, natural fiber shreddable toys, and sustainably fished cuttlebone.

Our birds have a dressed weight of 4oz. at 8 weeks of age. Females begin laying at 8 weeks of age and will continue daily for about 3 years.
